But no one knows that there's a shy girl, a woman rather, inside her. Pil has been using her for 28 years to achieve his love for Sujin. When she was young, she ran into Pil inside a women's public bathhouse. She was embarrassed back then, but that was long time ago now. Ever since she sealed off her femininity, she throws dirty jokes at Pil and makes him flustered.
  She grew up in the same neighborhood as Pil and Sujin and went to the same school with them. She is easy-going and boyish and says dressing up and wearing make-up is a waste of time. But no one knows that there's a shy girl, a woman rather, inside her. Pil has been using her for 28 years to achieve his love for Sujin. However, ever since that day, Pil has treated him as his servant, and Seoktae thinks maybe his life was better off when he used to get bullied. He desperately waits for the day when Pil screws up his life.
