'Page Turner' is a teen drama of a piano genius and a sports player. They seem to have a perfect life. However, after the sudden accident, they have to live a totally different life. A page turner is someone who turns music sheets for the performer. Although they are supposed to be unnoticeable and unseen, they play an important role in making the performance successful. They aid the performance in the closest place, making the performer shine. In this drama, there will be friends, rivals and page turners who are there to help their friends. It is a story about how three young people overcome difficulties when they experience an unexpected accident which changes what they have achieved in life. In the process, they learn about the true value of friendship, love, and trust.

    Seo Jinmok is always second in his piano class. He is also called as 'Psychopath' because he plays the piano with his brain, not with his feelings. No matter how hard he tries, he cannot beat over genius Yuseul. Having a sense of inferiority, he does anything to win her.
